Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. For this reason, we offer a 60-day refund policy for the blanket/duvet purchased. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can request a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date.

Refund Conditions:

  1. The blanket must be returned in its original condition: clean, undamaged, and without signs of wear.
  2. The refund request must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the receipt or invoice.
  3. The refund will be issued only after the product return has been verified and approved.

Exclusion reasons for requesting a refund:

  1. We cannot refund the blanket or duvet if the shipping takes longer than 3-5 days. Once the package is shipped, we rely on our couriers, who may sometimes experience significant delays. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
  2. If you have received our package on time, and the product shows no damage, we cannot accept refunds if the product does not meet your expectations.
