Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. For this reason, we offer a 60-day refund policy for the blanket/duvet purchased. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can request a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date.
Refund Conditions:
- The blanket must be returned in its original condition: clean, undamaged, and without signs of wear.
- The refund request must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the receipt or invoice.
- The refund will be issued only after the product return has been verified and approved.

Exclusion reasons for requesting a refund:
- We cannot refund the blanket or duvet if the shipping takes longer than 3-5 days. Once the package is shipped, we rely on our couriers, who may sometimes experience significant delays. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
- If you have received our package on time, and the product shows no damage, we cannot accept refunds if the product does not meet your expectations.
Important Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
